Derrick has lived in Hatfield Peverel for over 21 years; part of the County Division I have had the honour to represent since 2005. I am fully involved in the local community, including as a volunteer for the local sailing club and as Chairman of the Royal British Legion.
JoAnn is a long-term resident of Witham and was previously a Witham Town Councillor for the North Ward between 2015 - 2019. JoAnn was heavily involved in organising two public meetings with Essex Police, the Essex Police and Crime Commissioner and Priti Patel MP to tackle antisocial behaviour. Jo

Lewis Barber is the candidate for Constable Division. He has been elected to Colchester Borough Council since 2016, on which he serves as Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group. Lewis has recently started work at a law firm in Essex having achieved Distinctions in MA History and his LPC.

Mark Durham has lived in and around Woodham Walter almost all of his life. Having been schooled in Little Baddow and Great Baddow he moved to London to study Hospitality Management. After spells working for Hilton and Sheraton Hotels he moved to the midlands to work in the brewing industry.
Roger Hirst was elected as Police and Crime Commissioner in 2016. Shortly after Essex again led the way with Roger also becoming Commisioner for the Fire and Rescue Service in 2017. With a strong record of action, Roger is committed to ensuring Essex remains safe
